Not sure about number two...people usually have far more insight into their own lives than they do into politics or literature or science or whatever.

And, at least regarding their own lives, if they have no insight whatsoever, it's usually pretty funny.

If they have no insight into topics of general relevance, it's usually just annoying and sad.

I've been using the internet for almost fifteen years now, I won't have some website telling what I can and can not put on my website. To them I say "Shutupa You Face".

no, no. stealing content/design without attribution/linkage is not cool. i don't care how old school you are, that's sketchy and don't do it. not that you do. i'm just saying.

I don't think I pass muster on the list of things not to do. That's no good. Sadness.

I do have to agree though, plagiarism sucks ass. I'd be pretty annoyed (though effectively powerless) if someone ripped my stuff off. I suppose I'd have to write their service provider, and that wouldn't be any fun.

oh, i knew. believe me, i keep track of all of you like a makeup company with their test bunnies. not that i would ever tie you down, put makeup on you and shove electrodes up your ass.

well, i might, but only if you asked nicely.

and provided your own electrodes, because i don't have those.

anyway, if someone were to snag something from my journal w/out attribution, i'd probably post a passive-aggressive reference to what someone else had to say about the matter.
